I'm thrilled to see BizzJUMP hosted on Google Code. I suppose hosting it there would ultimately improve the participation process. Putting release notes in the wiki, list source code changes, make bug reports etc. Maybe convert the code repository to mercurial.

I also like the idea of keeping the core of BizzJUMP minimal. It should be easy to contribute plugins and host them online.

Another suggestion: Add the version number to the filenames of the jar-files. Eg. bizzjump-1.10.25 instead of bizzjump.jar or superselect-20100126.jar instead of superselect.jar (plugins and libraries in the nightly builds of openjump also have a version number in their filenames).
